Cooling-off (temporary break): Pause betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Withdrawals remain available. Your account reactivates automatically once the period ends.
Self-exclusion (long-term): Choose 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent option. Your account cannot be reopened during this period.
Steps to do it yourself:

Resetting your password from the Login Page:

- Enter your registered mobile number and send the OTP
- Once the OTP is verified, a form to create a new password will appear
- Enter and confirm a new password of at least 8 characters
- Once submitted, your old password is immediately replaced by the new one.
If your mobile number has changed, you won't receive the OTP. In that case, support@bengalwln.net— Email us and verify your identity with your NID. Our support team will update your number and assist you with the password reset.
